SOPKO
STEVE S. SOPKO, age 87. Retired Cleveland Police Officer and former CPPA Vice-President. Beloved husband of 69 years to the late Adele (nee Scionka). Loving father of Audrey, Sandra Dameron (deceased) (Edward) and Stephen (Lauren). Cherished grandfather of Keleigh Bowling, Barbara Toman (Brad), Kristen Miles (Brian), Mackenzie Renz (Virgil), Rebecca Dameron, Elyse Byrne (Marshall), Stephen (Elizabeth Butterfield), Christopher (Samantha); great grandfather of 11. Dear brother of George (Irene), Elizabeth Burke (deceased) and Dorothy Caro (Angelo, deceased). Also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday April 22, 2017 St. Bartholomew Church at 10:00AM. Interment All Saints Cemetery. The family will receive friends FRIDAY 3 – 8 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
