JOSEPH "TWISTER JOE" MARINELLI, age 88. Beloved husband of 62 years to Phyllis (nee Scardicchio). Loving father of Joseph (Rene`), Anthony (Barbara), John and Michael (Danielle). Cherished grandfather of Madeline, Nicholas, Bianca, Alex, Ciara and Johnny. Dearest son of the late Joseph and Nidea (nee Bruno). Dear brother of Mary Simonetti (John) and the late Gaetano. Dear brother in law of Angelo and Nancy Sacco, Josephine and Gordon (deceased) Carlson. Also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Former employee of Great Lakes Construction Company. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to St. Rocco School in memory of Joseph Marinelli (Cleveland, OH.). Mass of Christian Burial Friday June 30, 2017 St. Ambrose Church, 929 Pearl Road (Brunswick) at 11:00AM. Friends received from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at the church prior to mass. Final resting place Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
