I work at Brooklyn City Hall. Frank was always a great guy to run into around town and in the Bldg. Got to hear all about his kids. When he retired we still sent each other jokes by email. God bless you Frank!

I first met Frank at the gym many years ago when my husband told me that I had Frank's daughter Angelina as a Kindergarten student in my art class. Frank was always so proud to talk about her over the years and always had a big smile on his face. He recently shared with me all about her homecoming dress and how excited she was to go. He had such a big heart and it always showed in his smile. My heart goes out to all of his family.

Back when our girls, Bridget and Jenny were still in elementary school! We shared and enjoyed so many happy memories with the girls growing up all the way through high school & beyond!

I was a patrolman with the Berea Police Department when I first met Frank who was with Metroparks Rangers and later would back each other up on some runs when he was with Middleburg Heights Police Department.
I recall Frank being a good cop and would back you up and was always near by if you had a run near the Berea/Middleburg border.
What you see in the photo was Frank. Sometimes tough as nails but when just chewing the fat, jovial and quite boisterous.
To Frank's family and colleagues, well Frank, you will be missed and thought of always.
To Frank's family, my deepest condolences and prayers.
Sincerely,
Jim

My husband Hank and I are so sad to hear of Franks passing. Frank and I were in Spanish class together at Normandy. Ten years later we were in the same Cleveland Metroparks Ranger Training Academy graduation class. My husband Hank and I both have fond memories of working with Frank. We are praying for Franks family and for the Peace that surpasses all human understanding.

I am so saddened by the loss of such a special caring man. Frank took such good care of me while I worked with him in Brooklyn. From his OVI prosecution tips to accident reconstruction, he was my go to guy. I appreciated his knowledge and amazing patience. I could call him anytime of day or night.
I am so sad today when I heard of his passing. My heart goes out to his family. I will truly miss you. Such a gentle giant.

I've known Frank for more years than I can remember. I was with Brook Park PD when Frank first got on Middleburg Hts. PD. We became best of friends during that entire time.
He was a great cop and would always have your back in any situation. He was even a better friend and we had a lot of great times together.
If I was back in Ohio I would definitely be there to say good bye to an old friend!

To all of the Ferrini family, I just wanted to express the deepest sympathy to you on behalf of myself and my parents, Art and Issie Rush. Thinking of my childhood on west 58th st, there are so many great memories with the Ferrini family. My mom kept in touch with Josephine after they both left the neighborhood. Frank hung around with my brother Artie and was always a lot of fun. We will keep all of you in our prayers during this sad time.

Frank will be missed, I'm shocked. I haven't know Frank that long. but the girls and I sure like to tease him when his jeep was dirty which was hardly ever. He took pride in it for sure.
My heart and prayers goes out to his family, such a great loss personally and professionally.
Warm Regards.
