Dr. Sidoti was not only a band director for me but a mentor. He saw things in his students that even they did not see. He pushed me & believed in me even when I didn't. I am so sorry to the entire sidoti family for their loss. May he rest in peace. He was loved by many

To Mary Lou and the Sidoti family, we send our prayers and mourn with you. Vince was always the consummate gentleman educator; gentle, caring, and patient. He was much loved by his students here at Tri-C, and especially members of the Tri-C Concert Band, with whom he made music for over 25 years. We will miss him greatly, and dedicate tomorrow night's Holiday Concert in his memory, with Concert Band featured and conducted by his old friend Dr. Randolph Laycock.

May Vince rest in the Lord's peace, and you, family and friends, be consoled knowing he is at peace.
I hope Vince is enjoying the music, playing sometimes, listening at times and conducting ensembles when he has the opportunity.
My prayers are with you.
God bless,
Br. James Spooner, CSC

I was saddened to read that Mr. Sidoti had passed away. I remember him from St. Mary's School in Lorain where he was such a patient and wonderful music teacher...I was one of his students (flute) and he always exemplified such kindness to everyone. Years later, I was pleasantly surprised to be teaching with him at St. Bernadette School in Westlake. Please know I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers. He was a wonderful teacher and will never be forgotten for the lives he touched. Sincerely, Christine Koba
