What a beautiful tribute you wrote about your Dad, Chris. If he can hear you now, he would probably say, "My Goodness! Looks like Lil and I must have been some pretty good parents". 98 years old, loved by his entire family served his country,---Goodbye John.

How do you put a lifetime of memories into a few paragraphs? When I was young Dad was there to pick me up after school dances and when I was an adult he was there to help feed the chickens on our mini farm. Dad had a way of getting through any situation, minor or major. He stuck to the task at hand. What a great example he set. He always encouraged us to be good to all those around us and consider their needs. Dad was a faithful man, a proud veteran and a wonderful father & husband. His way of life is definitely tops in my book. But now he is in another book; "The Book of Life"...and next to his name God has noted "Well done my faithful servant". I love you and will miss you so much. Love Chris

Uncle Johnny is gone. He is now with his four sisters, my aunts & mother, in heaven. He was a quiet, dear man. He took me on walks when I was a child. Aunt Lillian my heart goes out to you...living & living a man for 73 years is a great loss. I will pray for you always.
Love Gerry
